Corporate Wellbeing
I have extensive experience delivering tailored wellbeing sessions in corporate settings, supporting employees to reduce stress, boost focus, and enhance overall wellbeing. My work combines gentle movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to create a calm, restorative experience, whether delivered in-person or online.
Sessions can be adapted to the workplace environment and team needs, from chair yoga and short meditation breaks to full wellbeing workshops. These programmes help staff recharge, improve resilience, and cultivate a healthier, more balanced work-life rhythm.
Working with companies across different industries, I focus on creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging experiences that leave participants feeling refreshed, grounded, and energised.
I have provided work-place wellness sessions for Obbi Solutions, Macklin Care Homes, and Queen’s University.
All corporate sessions are designed specifically to meet the needs of the group.
Community & Charity Work
I am proud to work with a range of community groups and charitable organisations, offering accessible, supportive wellbeing sessions for people who may be experiencing stress, trauma, or life challenges.
My approach is inclusive, compassionate, and adaptable, creating safe spaces where individuals can relax, reconnect, and feel supported.
I have delivered wellbeing sessions for organisations including Ballybeen Women’s Centre, EBCDA, Nexus, SEN Reform NI, Engage with Age, Bryson Pathways, Top of the Rock Healthy Living Centre, and the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust. These sessions have included gentle movement, relaxation, mindfulness, sound healing, and holistic therapies, tailored to meet the needs of each group and setting.
This work is rooted in the belief that wellbeing should be accessible to everyone, and that small moments of rest and care can make a meaningful difference.
